We share an office with the Laurelhurst Physical Therapy Clinic.

We are on the corner of 99th and Burnside in a large brick building.

Look for Laurelhurst Physical Therapy in large white letters on the side of the building.

You may enter through the main entrance and we are located on the second floor in Suite 250.

We share an office with the Lawton Chiropractic Clinic.

This is located between Pine and Grove Street on commercial.

Make sure you enter Commercial St., Northeast NOT Southeast.

We are located between 10th and 11th in Chambers Street.

Our office is next to the web zone and in the same building as the red Crane theater and the Chinese Hot Pot restaurant.

Look for the small driveway in the parking lot, we up the driveway and to the right.
