Who may use medical marijuana?
Under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act, only a person with a valid Oregon Medical Marijuana Card is exempt from criminal laws for engaging in the medical use of marijuana as justified to mitigate the symptoms or effects of the person’s debilitating medical condition.
