Our office is conveniently located in Northeast Portland on the intersection of 99th St. and Burnside. Our staff will assist you in completing all the necessary paperwork needed to obtain your medical marijuana card.

The OMMC Clinic physicians specialize in medical marijuana certifications. Once you visit our physician, you will be eligible to obtain your card from the state of Oregon. We look forward to assisting you with the process and helping you find the relief you are looking for.

We are on the corner of 99th and Burnside in a large brick building.

Look for Laurelhurst Physical Therapy in large white letters on the side of the building.

You may enter through the main entrance and we are located on the second floor in Suite 250.
