No. Onsite consumption of marijuana is prohibited by the Medical Marijuana Dispensary Program rules.

The only exception is for an employee who is a current and valid Oregon Medical Marijuana Program patient who must medicate during working hours. Such consumption is only permitted if the employee is in a closed room, alone if the usable marijuana is being smoked, and not visible to the public, patients, or caregivers on the premises of the dispensary.
