Do I need to send my medical records in advance of my appointment or can I just bring my records to my appointment?
You are required that you send in your medical records in advance. This allows us to prescreen and pre-approve your qualifying condition.
This will also save you a significant amount of time after your appointment and will reduce the visit cost. If your records do not verify your qualifying condition, we will assist you in obtaining the proper medical records.
