I went to a different clinic to get my medical card the first time. Do I need to go there again?

It is not a requirement to renew at the same clinic that you went to the first time.

Any physician that specializes in medical marijuana can renew your medical card. Simply complete the new patient application and a medical record release form and we will take care of the rest. Once we obtain and review your medical records we will contact you to schedule an appointment to renew your card.
