Basic Legal Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have a valid ID
- Must be 18 or older, unless you have parental permission
Proof of Qualifying Conditions
- Have any of the qualifying conditions
- Have medical records proving diagnoses and treatment of your condition
- Meet with a physician to confirm your diagnosis and obtain registration paperwork
Complete the Paperwork
- Designate a caregiver (person responsible for your care and marijuana handling)
- Designate a grower & grow location (you can also be your own grower)
- File state forms and fees with the OMMP/OHA
